Title: Time standing still in CT

Time seems to be standing still in CT, started a mission, been up for bout 3-5 mins now and time still the same as when i started, please fix!

I put the cardiac resussitator paddles to the clock and gave it a jolt.  It's running now.  Also disabled the Jug at an allied base...looks like one that got by us, as it wasn't available anywhere else.
