I thought this was a plea to help free some hot sexy girls that were incarcerated somewhere.  You know, like the "Free Kevin Mitnick" campaign.  Those Philipino prisons are just chock-full of hot sexy girls, like Pam Grier and Judy Brown in those films from the '70s.
