Title: Needing info on basics of flight and dogfighting (or....trim ain't just a hot date)

Rudders, Ailerons, Elevators, Trim, Eggs, ACK, bogies, cc, oh man the list is endless.

I'm looking to pick my plane, and learn it to a T. However, before I do that, I'd sure like to know the basics of flight, the specifics of WWII dogfighting, some ideas on maneuvers and fighting styles.

Any tips on where I can find out this type of information?

If you really wanna know how to effectively fite, you must first get a hold of Robert Shaw's, Fighter Combat: Tactics and Maneuvering.

Theres tons of info available online, you can also head into the Training Arena most evenings and find someone whos willing to get ya started.

Make sure you get the Special Bundle with that Book : It should come with a pack of Aspirines as well as amphetamines!
