Why do people whine about other peoples' whining?
-
shaddap with yer whinin about whiners, yah lil wussie.
:)
-
Why do people disguise a whine as a question?
Why do people disguise a whine about a whine as a question?
Why do people disguise a whiney question about whiners whining about whiners as a question?

Say, have you guys tried Concha Y Toro Frontera Cabernet/Merlot?
In the handy 1.5 Liter jug at Sam's Wholesale for about $6.
Not a great whine, but a really nice sitting around eating pizza and watching a movie while drinking to excess whine.
... oh yeah, back on topic... why do people talk about the whines they don't like but never mention the whines they do like or the brand name of the whines in either case?
Thx.

Why cant someone ask a question, state an opinion, or voice a concern without someone calling them a whiner?
Its kind of a bully response, normally committed by someone of a less than stellar IQ when he finds himself incapable of using facts to reply or offering up intelligent counterpoints.
Its really kind of sad, and not a particularly good reflection on the community. My opinion anyway.

Do ya have any kids? Have ya ever told them to stop whining? Does that make you a bully? :)

If anyone of you all ever get to Los Angeles, I can't recommend stopping in at a Tommy's enough. They make the most wonderful chili burgers ever. There is one about 2 blocks from my apartment.

They make good inexpensive wines in Chile. Try the Walnut Crest line if you ever see it. The reds are very good.

Well, it's like this.....
If someone asks a question, it's not a whine.
If someone states their opinion and it's not inline with my own, it's a whine.
If someone voices a concern and I'm not concerned about it, it's a whine.
Regarding IQ, bullying and facts, all irrelevant to whining.
:)
Seriously, it's not the topic which constitutes a whine in my opinion, it's all in the tone and presentation.

I have lost confidence in the power of the whine. I don't think HTC pays any attention to them anymore. I belive in hitting the delete account button, if a really bad idea is introduced. If enough other people hit it also, I think that will get HTC,s attention. If no one else hits it, you were wrong about the subject in the first place. If you don't care enough about it to hit the delete button. Why bother to whine?

For those in search of Tommy's in LA, beware!
Many businesses attempt to take advantage of those who have heard of "Tommy's" but don't know much about it by naming themselves in a similar fashion. For example, I have seen the following:
Tommies
Tomys
World Famous Tommyburgers!
Tom's
Famous Tammy's
Tomies
Tammies
These are just within a few miles of my work in Santa Monica, so I can't believe those are the only people trying to work the name.
What's that? Where's the real Tommy's? I have no freakin clue.

I agree to a point, but posting here about deleting your account borders on whining. Is it an attempt to influence other gamers to quit too? If not, then why not just send HTC an email or just quit?

Yes Its a disguised attemp to influence others behavour,
OR!~

A simple truth...
If ya dont like it enuff to cancel, shut yer pie hole. If ya really got something to say to the man (HT) Send him an Email, or call him on the phone, man to man like. Keep yer little whinyarsed imgonna quit and yall should too, to yourself. Grow up.
Btw this is not a personal attack on you or your comment
this is a attack on whiners everywhere :D
Its really simple math. Its 50 cents a day, its one of the best
flight sims online today. Sheesh, be more thankful for the good deal and your eyes wont be so full of tears.
Just saying...

The power to whine. Ah... that's a classic.
Everyone has the power to whine... but who's whining is more important? Who's complaints about the status quo carry the most weight? Who should HTC listen to and who should they ignore?
For every whine, there is a counter whine. For every person that insists a change needs to be made, there will be others that insist it shouldn't. Everyone just sitting there with thier finger poised over the delete account button.
Personally, I'm tired of people trying to hold their account hostage. I'm tired of people feeling that the best course of action is to come here and start by insulting either the community or the game developers. I'm tired of people feeling that the best way to go about getting things changed is to scream and stamp their feet like a bunch of 8 year olds. There.. that's my whiner whine. You too have the option to ignore it or to post in another thread as stupid as this one.

mmmMMMmmmmmMMMMM.
Back in the bad old 70's Tommy's used to be open 24hrs. Maybe it still is? Anyway it was the place to go at 3:00am especially if ya had a serious buzz on.
My buddy was attending USC (the bastard), and we decided to drop in on Tommy's in the wee hours to get a couple of chili cheese burgers.
The line of people was amazing for the time of day, but my bud thinned it out some. As soon as we stepped out of Tommy's, in full view of the patrons waiting their turn, my friend gave the entire burger back to nature...so to speak. Still kinda looked like a chili cheese burger too.
Now what was that about whine? <-----see this is not a hijack

a long time ago, (in the 70's) in the sacred city of sacramento there once wuz a lil eatery known as 'Slick Willies'. Now, this was long before there wuz a president with that handle, so there wuz no connection.
i digress.
anywho, the menu item of great renown at Slick Willies was the 'Eat Me' Burger. It stood about a foot tall, one would qualify as a monthly food delivery for an entire somali village.
still, I digress.
the place had about 20 or 30 diffrent kinds of beer, a pool hall, and some of the hottest babes in tight t-shirts servin that famous burger.. i still remeber their happy perky lil headlights peekin thru the loose weave of them tight shirts... and emblozoned across the front wuz a big picture of the burger, with the caption below:
EAT ME AT SLICK WILLIES
*sigh* *drool* *stiffie*
Just thought I'd share. :)
