Title: Nose art question

 I uploaded my squad nose art today.  When I look at it on the plane it has a big white square around it.  This square is in the bmp file when I view it too.

 My question is this,  do I have to make that white box transparent? if so, how do I do it? or could somebody do it for me? I have no graphics programs.

In pic editor change RGB numbers of background color to 176 (all 3 values).

That did it for me.
