Nice photo, VWE001! You take it or did you find it? Reminds me of the fly-in airshow in Lakeland, Florida...
-
I wish I took it, I do have some nice one similar to it but alass I was unable to make it this year... here is the link (http://www.fly-in.org/2002/gallery/index.html)
Take a look at that RV-4... looks like someone stuck a turbine in it!

They had a nice Wright brothers exibit . I got to land a 1911 Wright "B" flyer using their cockpit controls . Lots of fun but very differant setup than current controls .
They also had a sim for the glider , plus glider hanging up in the building . You warped the wings with your body and moved the elev with your hands , in front .

Here's the glider sim , btw this is NOT me in this pic .
Here's the link for the Oshkosh EAA radio station , it was 1210 AM but I found this on their web site .

Since you asked,
Here's a photo of my plane (Race20) in formation with Race5 (RV-8). This was a photo shoot following the AirVenture Cup Race.
I took 3rd in the Sprint Class. :)
Anyway, I met up with two AHers, Grim and Devi. I had hoped to meet more of you. Anyway, check out Speed Vision on Saturday, Jul 27th. @4.00 PM EDT. Some footage from the race is going to be on.
I had planned on placing a HUGE Aces High logo on my lower right wing but it didn't work out. Perhaps next year.

Hi Arrow,
That's one of the 'EZ' series planes from Burt Rutan, right? How do you like it?
-
Yes, it's the Vari-Eze. It is the second of the Rutan Canard designs. And, it's very nimble, efficient, and fast. The only thing that I don't like is the fact that you can't drink a beer and have a smoke while you fly. :D
She did the 1000 mile race in 5:40:30

Hijack! 345th hits Oshkosh!
AH needs a 345th Air Apache B-25!
We now return you to the regularly sked Oshkosh discussion.

Agh! I have a bunch of really good shots but have no place to host them :( (Also too large to attach)
Can someone host'em for me? Posting the pics will be worth it =]
