that's probably because MAW has 40dog listed as CO, and PropMAW listed as Frame CO candidate.

It's never been down.  HTC just stopped linking to it.  The Events site has always been hosted by Exile on his server, events.hitechcreations.com just forwarded to simladder.  HTC was supposed to take over the events site, but v1.10 took priority, and now getting ready for the Convention and getting started on v1.11 is on their plate.  ;)
