that 262 's nose looks much more pointed then production 262's??

It is called artistic liberty...now get your magnifier glass elsewhere ;)

Now seriosusly, yes I agree it is too pointy. This is the model I did after 1 month of doing 3D at all. Not really feel like fixing it.

I just used parts of it and an alien character to experiment with rendering techniques.
