Having been a long time student of WW2 air-combat(from adolescence on)I came perchance upon a WW2 flight sim called WARBIRDS.
Well, I was at first astounded at how far beyond Aces Over Europe, the flight model had been developed.I promptly informed my(younger by 5 (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif) )brother EADG of my newly found love and he promptly(being the supreme competitor that he is)showed me how some men were simply borne to fight on wings of steel. In a very short time he grew to a skill level I could only dream of attaining.
He's been away from virtual combat for awhile now but since finding AH has a renewed love for airial warfare! YEEESSSSSS!!!!
I invite you all to participate in the soon to be unvieled Dueling Ladder! You will happen upon such personalities as EADG and I and Kieren and Mighty and Jase,Hblair,Racerx,
Jaybird,Fly,Lerxst,Cygnus etc.
Its bound to be a blast!
Thx again to all that have given selflessly of thier time and effort toward developing this ladder. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Sounds like fun, I just hope I'm to the point in my aces high skill level to hang with bytorr. Doubtful, but I'll give it my best shot. (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Thank you, By-Tor. Some of the best guys I met online came from ladder competition. I think that is the thing I enjoy most about it.
In advance, WTG for kicking my butt! (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/biggrin.gif)

Well, I have to admit that I was affraid of "The ladder" because I saw that there were only "Dogfight Dinosaurs" like you guys... but after all, I'm here for the fun ... So , I think I might just give it a try (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Damn By-tor, I never got the chance to fly against your brother in WB (he was gone by the time I joined), but from what I hear, he scares the hell outta me (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
Considering you alone have the ability to take out me, jay and lerxst in a 3-1 I'd say we all have our work cut out for us!
The only problem with the new AH ladder...I am going to miss my Ki-61 trainer<sniff>.
Learning AH in a 190 has been tough at best.
Lookin forward to flying with ya!

Hmmmm EADG, my old nemisis back in action?
TOO much fun!
BTW, they are still looking for pilots for Kieren's H2H tourny!
