your connection does not really look that bad. Have you tired to see what other software you are running? It may be the issue.

If u have a paint program run pingplotter.
When ready click on edit at top.
Click on copy as image.
Run paint program.
On mine u can right click on screen & then paste or there maybe an edit option that does the same. This will place the image from the clipborad into paint prog. Then save it as a jpeg with at least 50% compresstion so its small to post.
When u post look at bottom of messgae setup it says Attach file, browse to where u put it & there u go.
You can do the same with text just select copy as text then open wordpad & paste it to it.

See if they have a phone number to call. Make sure that you are not running a firewall or any type of internet security software that might cause the same issue. You can try and disable all programs that are running in the background by going to start and run. Type msconfig and click ok. Go to the startup tab and uncheck everything. If you use cable or DSL you will need to leave there software in there. Apply ok and reboot. Give it a try. To put them back just do the same but put all of the checks back.

In talking with my squaddies about my troubles it was suggested that I may be being hacked. this possibility came about when I explained that my Frame Rate drops  are consistant with spikes in delay & since those 2 are not really connected that raises suspicion. I will be purchasing norton securities today, however I am curious about 1 thing- how can it help me if I have to turn it off to play? Cant imagine why anyone would hack me but I suppose anything is possible.

Anton, I run Norton Personal Firewall while playing AH. It causes no problems at all.  I make sure that every other program is shut down except the FW.

Well I bought norton securities & havent had any attempted hacks yet (2 days), I can play with it on & in default settings however I was unable to achieve a stable connect & was told that I was warping. I am sure this could be my original issue & not the firewall. It was the usual poor Frame Rates but the delay was flatline. I have noticed that my computer seems to be doing all of its functions quite slowly lately but I also have full norton system with current updates, I defrag 2-3 times a week. If anyone has any suggestioons im all ears.......
