The british sense of humour can easily be demonstrated by looking at the difference between the way both we (British) and the Americans deal with Tourettes syndrome.
First take a look at the American site: http://www.tourettes.com/
The British seem to take a slightly different approach to Tourettes: http://www.tourettes.co.uk

When I am at work, I could be classified as having tourettes ;)
No but really, at work there is an older lady that walks around First Ave-Blvd of the Allies (in pittsburgh) with headphones on screaming obscenities.
Its kinda funny.
We call her Tammy Tourettes.
