Logged on as bish tonight after installing patch 3.  No matter what field I went to -no planes, tanks or boats were avaliable in the hanger.  

I asked AirScrew and he suggetsed moving to a Depot.  That did the trick, mostly.  I could select all sorts of planes, tanks and boats at the Depot and spawn successfully there -but as soon as I went to a airfield, nothing was avaliable, again.

Sorry folks,
 The new version must have erased the field setup.  I just reloaded field settings to the map
