I just got a dual p3 566 at a surplus sale here at my office. Does AH support SMP?

No it doesnt.
However, Windows 2k and Windows XP will take advantage of multithreading.

You may well find that those 550s overclock significantly.

AH doesn't support SMP itself, but the second CPU does mean that you can leave other things running.
