Title: Who Would You Pick?

Who on this board would you choose for a round table discussion over 10 - 12 beers (scotch is optional).

Not my entire list but it must include:

Hortlund - An antagonist is required
Toad - Moderator (stinkin lousy conservative but a moderator none the less)
Sikboy - Who doesn't always let on, but knows plenty about politics and chit.
Sandman - Cause I need an ally
Weazel - Cause he is VERY passionate about his beliefs, which would be extremely entertaining.
Kieran - Sorta like Toad, only more religious.
Udie - Someone to get really wasted so we can laugh at him later
:D
Red Ant - To play the background music.
Elfenwolf - Just because he cracks me up.

Not trying to slight any of my friends or honored enemies on this board. If you weren't mentioned its proabbly because I have long term loss of short term memory. ;)

I would add:

Weazel- he is radical, but he makes you think.
Mr. Fish- same thing.
St. Santa- same thing.
Midnight Target- not radical, but makes you think.
Hblair- my comrade in arms.
Creamo- incisive observer, sometimes just the voice needed.
Fatty- same as Creamo, but more succinct.
Shuckins- a new guy, but how could I not include another teacher?
Nash- cocky, but smart. ;)

Apologies to those I missed.

As you can see, I tend to search out those in opposition to my own views. Seems to be the best way to get a full perspective on any issue.

Its an interesting exercise that's for sure.

I'd have:
Montezuma - Squadie who has the best stories, but is content to troll LWs on the board.  Previous drinking binges have provided me with some pretty funny stories as well.

Runny- Another squadie, but one that I have not gone drinking with.  

TahGut- Has a much more level head than many here give him credit for.

Sandman- Gives me someone to talk about home with. Will get obscure references to places like "Junk Food Junction"

Grunherz- because he just snapped up the bait I thought was too stinky for anyone.  

Leviathan- Because he's even more of a Poli-Sci nerd than I am.

Weasel- I just have to know if he's for real. Can he say this stuff with a straight face?

Elfenwolf- I'm conflicted with this choice. Could meeting Elfenwolf possibly live up to expectation?

Mitsu- Thanks for the soundpack Mitsu, and bring the Sake.

Mandoble- for comic relief

Passed over by my own squad!  Well, just for that, I hope you remember that the French Colonial period was the best thing that ever happened to Southeast Asia!  (I'll just quietly forget about the French Foreigh Legion getting their buttocks kicked at Dien Bien Phu, or Kennedy snubbing Ho Chi Minh's intonations for recognition at the close of WW2, which set the stage for us getting our buttocks kicked at Dien Bien Phu, too).
