Gee guys, how about a NEW one? That poor old bird looks like it's been on the barnstorming circuit for 50 years!

Great job on the artwork, but I never saw a p38 or 109 or p51 or spit look old like that!

Sigh, just another cross for us zeke drivers to bear I guess.

 Actually I recall looking at a Signal feature fighter book on the Zeke and recall wondering at all the photos showing paint in this very aged looking state.In fact I looked long and hard at a few pics indeed showing paint having peeled off in VERY large patches.Actually in worse shape than this screenshot! Perhaps a paint problem in tropical conditions?
 I like the look tho-have read many accounts of planes being repaired fom cannibalized wrecks and they must have looked even worse.
