Title: Trouble accessing Forums

I have been having trouble accessing these forums from my PC at home. I have no problems from my PC at work. This began when the latest version was released. I was advised to use the beta address which will allow me to access the webpage but not these message boards.
Has anyone else been having these problems?

System Specs:
Dell 933 Mhz P-III  384 MB Ram
SB Live Value Sound Card
GE Force 2- Ti-200 Vid card
Win ME OS
Explorer 6 Browser
