Welp- if we had only signed the Kyoto agreement, we (US) could be paying to clean their mess up!  

Come to think of it, their cloud looks almost as bad as the one in Los Angeles.

Uhhh, it's your atmosphere also.  Don't cut off your nose to spite your face.
