Title: Could not initialize installation (CRC)

I got this when I tried to install 1.10-4 today. How do I fix it?

Sounds like you did not get the entire download file. Did you try and download it from the web site?

When I download it from the site and I try to open it, it says "Access to the specified device, path, or file is denied"
