I have a Microsoft 3D Sidewinder Pro, and it works on my old computer but it doesn't work on my new one.

Go into your Device Manager and scroll down to Sound, video and Game Controllers and see if your game port is listed.  If it isn't and you have a build in sound card on your motherboard, it could be that you have to enable the game port in your computer's BIOS.

You should have a disk that installs the drivers for that stick. If it's a fairly new one, you must install the software before you plug in the stick.  After the software is installed, then your OS will or may need to add USB driver info, and then plug in the stick and it will work.  If you fail to do it in that order, you will experience issues!  :)
