Although this looks like a picture taken from a Hollywood movie, it is in fact a real photo, taken near the South African coast during a military exercise by the British Navy.
It has been nominated by Geo as "THE photo of the year".
(Still looks kinda "doctored" to me though).

Obviously the picture of the shark is fake. The pne of the giant buffalo woman and the shy nerd are real though.

The only thing fake in the pic is the smiley.
The helo is real (from the USAF Reserve Para Rescue Unit at Moffet Federal Airfield - formerly NAS Moffet Field - I know 70%+ of the guys in that unit) and the bridge is the Golden Gate, S.F. Bay.
