I fly the NiK a lot, and i found this info:
The Japanese inscription on the left side of the fuselage just forward of the empennage is actually a poem. It reads "Though my life may end over the Pacific Ocean, my thoughts turn to the many springs gone by and those yet to come"
www.naval-air.org/The%20Aircraft/George_Main.htm (http://www.naval-air.org/The%20Aircraft/George_Main.htm)

Very nice,
But you, as a frequent Niki flier, should look on a bright side of things, you can't die over the AH's nonexistant Pacific Ocean (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

Poem found on left side of P-47 fuselage:
"Kill da bastages!"

The terrain has 4 times the area that we use. We just don't fill in the areas out side the map. We made it bigger in the event we wish to use the entire terrain for senerios. Notice how the sector numbers don't start from low numbers?

I tried to follow the link, but could not find www.naval-air.org (http://www.naval-air.org)
Did anyone else look or is it my DNS error?

It works for me Edward.
btw Mol is a dutch word, it means mole.
i hope your eyesight is better then a mole's one (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif) otherwise you could only survive as a gunner who shoot at everything whats moves :-)

LOL!!! Well, I am probably the only **MOL** that shoots like a blind "mole", but thats another story.
MOL to some (officially at least) means "Men of Leisure", but there are strange stories told only in the dark of night, that it really means "Mean Old Ladies" (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif)
