What happened to the Me-163 that was released for the con?

Is it going to be implemented into the MA any time soon?

Is it still in the game and available to fly offline? I would love to try it if it is.

The ones who were actually at the con and got the secret/secret floppy disk still have the -163. It just doesn't use the -163 artwork.

We can actually select which aircraft "skin" we want to use in the hangar and then go out and terroize the rest of yas. My particular favs at the moment are using the La-7 skin and the N1K skin.

The way I understand it, this move is to insure a much bigger attendance at the con next year.... When we get the F-86E!

I think this floppy works until the con next year, but I'm not sure.

I'm not sure we will have to wait until the con for the F86, Hitech seems to be well on the way towards the final release version, I'm betting it will be out by Christmas.

What price the 262 or 163 then?

Now that is too cool! My favorite Jet, the F-86... I would be worth any amount of perks to me...even those I don't have yet :)

How about we get a serious answer here please.

Now that the peanut gallery has responded with the usual drivel, could someone possibly give an answer that is realevent to the orginal question? :rolleyes:

The answer I "heard" is that it will be implemented as a no perk ac available only near HQs and will have a rocket with a similar burn rate to the original. As to when it's due I don't know, and I havn't been able to fly it offline.

I still the the F86 is too cool! ;)

I am currently still working on the artwork for the me-163.  The version that was available for the con had a make-shift cockpit, so I am finishing that up.  It will be out in 1.11.
