Finally got round to putting a texture on, had to do it quick as a company wants my portfolio for a possible job and I wanted to put Emily in.
Took about 15 hours to get this far with the textures but i'm still not completely happy so a bit more fiddling tomorrow but apart from that its done.
(had to take a few artistic liberties with the windows as I needed it finished for tomorrow.)
poly count is a tad high, but dont have time to optomise it.

polygon count is too high at the moment its 3459, but I could easily refine that down to 1500 if I had time,
But I needed the model for my porfolio quickly so I had to rush bits and just slap them on. :)

Just a note to uninformed: these are game models ... this means that their quality is limited by what game engines can handle. You are usually limited to 2500-3000 polygons. With such a complex plane as Emily, it is even harder. Imagine building a detailed aircraft with only 3000 flat plates ;).

thx for the offer, i need to have a think about my next model,
when I have decided I'll stick a post in the aircraft and vehicle forum asking for help with info :)
Also I need to model some people, a japanese fighter pilot maybe :)
