Title: Strat Targets porked since 1.10?

Some guys where talking on chan 1 the other night I didnt catch all of it ,But they where saying strat targets are porked since 1.10. I havent buffed much since 1.10 is this true? Anyone have any details?

Bombed enemy HQ two weeks ago on the uterus of hell and took out our own countries dot dar so yes I think they might well be :)unless this a map specific problem.
