AERO sent me this illuminated gunsight today.
It's really amazing! ;)

OK, Here it is. :D

NOTE:
This Gunsight is for Ki-61 only.
Because Ki-61's center position of reticle is a bit higher than other plane, he adjusted it in this gunsight.

I tested in 2 planes with the same gunsight.
I fired 12.7mm wing guns only.

P-40E - Most of bullets converge to center of reticle.

Ki-61-I-KAIc - Most of bullets converge a little under X.

This is why he adjusted a position of reticle.

an above issue is still under survey...
if it's my mistake, I'd ask AERO to make another type 3 gunsight.

TY Mitsu, I am flying the Ki 61 as my fighter this tour, I do love it( almost as much as my 205:) ) So this is a very welcome adation:)

I just got a latest version of type 3 gunsight.
He said that he increased colors in that gunsight.

 IS Aero working on other sights such as the K-14(late USAAF), Mk8(USN) or PBP-1(VVS)?? It is a bit shameless request :D, but wow, these sights are so good I want all of the historic sets done in Aero's way :D :D Revi-3D.. Type1Mk2.. Mk8.. etc etc.. !!

I love Mitsu's stuff, but this gunsite just destroyed my guns on target kills. The nme dots were hidden in the graphic gunsite.

Creamo, it's not about how well the sights work in terms of combat efficiency. It's about having the historically correct sight for each aircraft.

The low ammo of some cannon armed aircraft is inconvenient. The low power to weight of others is annoying too. Of course the poor turning performance of American aircraft can get very frustrating... but these are the problems faced by real pilots. Real pilots didn't use a "dot" sight, so neither do I no matter how much more combat efficient it may be.

Hey, another guy that like historical cockpits! No arguments from me in that regards Strike.

I find it hard to believe anyone in real life had a hard time hitting a aircraft because the luminescent cool looking computer monitor graphics in a new sight obscured the limited pixels representing the actual aircraft, but you seem enthusiastic, and enjoying the game experience. More power to you, I’ll just go with the ‘dot’ and be equally as happy.

Can’t agree on your comparisons of ammo loadouts, or FM having anything to do with anything regarding this particular issue, but if we were all the same, maybe we’d all be Bears fans, and how fun would that be?

 I know they suck, being right every season has it’s advantages, at someone's expense.
