This has to be the dumbest idea I have ever heard of. Christ, other that factories and other strategic points. I don't believe secutity during WWII was anything near this level.

If we lived under the contant threat as the Israelis do. I'd might think it was necessary. But at this point, it's overkill at best and dangerous at worst.
