Title: Billing query - Attn HTC

On Thursday, I  received an email purporting to be from HTC saying that my credit card had been declined. My credit card company stated that it had not even been presented. An email reply to HTC (both billing and info) has failed to elicit a response. The details in the email are correct and the header does not appear to be forged.

Possibly, but I would have expected a reply on Friday, especially given the time differential in HTC's favour.

Yankee has provided the answer.  The email was from HTC - Mastercard misinformed me.
