Super work, ALF.  A few of the images are broken (at least for my browser.)

Great tutorial! Some of the pics dont work for me, either..

One more thing: from my experience it is not necessary to calibrate using the target itself (and risking an overshoot, if it takes too long), but any prominent point (any dot on the landscape) you are passing over is sufficent. Even if it is at considerable less distance below (higher elevation than target). This is a little confusing, after all the geometry of angle-change versus time takes in distance, to yield speed and drift, but I think it is a gameplay concession from HT.
I find successful bombing runs very satisfying, but many times shy away from the long time it takes to reach safe heights. Also, with the new bombing system the single buff (formation) seems to have little strategtic impact, as even shutting down a small base is almost impossible. By the time you turn around for the 3rd fighter hangar, the first two are almost rebuilt (15mins). The solution is to fly sorties with multiple buffs, but I find it hard to find likeminded players in the MA.

Nice work on the page.  Many people think bombsight does not account for wind - I came to boards to post this result shot from 33,000 feet with some 250 pound bombs and saw this topic - so I will put it here.

Obviously the bombsight works - just do like alf is tellin ya.  Everyone has their own technique (I do things a little differently) - but ALF here will put you on the right track.

More proof bombsite works.  250 pound bombs (wanted to show accuracy)  You will note I am niether heading due east or west - and I am obviously in the wind.   You will notice course of bombers in relation to ground track of bombs.   Bomb sight compensates for wind.  Perhaps this picture will convince the last disbeleivers? :)

You say you can not hit anything.
the following is a picture from the ball gun of my B17 formation at 30k. I thing I have learned that works for me. On calibration I zoon in but when dropping the eggs, I turn zoom off. Try this off line turn on the training cross hairs. Do calibration with zoom on, then set to green as good and turn zoon off now check the alignment
will appear a lot closer then when in zoom.
