I had Elfenwolf made in three post in three posts in the AH thread, but I couldn't out him as my account hadn't been activate. I think there is a large conspiracy at work here.

By the way, I always figured the AW herd of RR pilots would've migrated to MS's "Fighter Ace" but I guess a few slipped into other fields to graze.

AH, is pretty useless during prime time. If the pizza map is up, its pretty useless during the wee hours also. How empty is FA's FR room.

I keep telling you to try Il-2 if you want realism. When AH doesn't do it for me, Il-2 certainly does.

I agree with Kieran, Il2 is the way to go. It has DF servers, coops, and other stuff running 24hrs/day which will keep you entertained and it is far better than FA3... much cheaper too, and it has had about... 12?.. maybe more, aircraft added to it since it's release.

With surround sound, a complete HOTAS setup, and a reasonably fast system (I have a V5 5500, 768MB PC133 SDRAM, 1.0Ghz Athlon and SB Live!) Il2 simply kicks bellybutton and gets pretty amazing.
