How many of you would be willing to man a tank for a frame in the next TOD?  

Panzers on both sides for parity since we don't have many tanks to choose from, plus the camo scheme is perfect.  There'd be a bit more tanks on the Axis side, but there'd be some nasty things coming from the air at them (A-20's and Hurri IId's) to "even out" the numbers advantage.

It's something I'd like to do, however, since tanks are... well, rather gamey in their current incarnation, I won't do it if there are enough strenuous objections to it.

We could also let tanks have two lives in the frame instead of one (either in another tank or let them up a plane at the hour mark or something).

Yup, once again I'm letting you influence my TOD preparations.  So voice your opinion!

not a chance the armor model is not up to the task.

We did this on the Black Sea TOD... Wotan is right, the armor model is not up to this (yet... unfortunately).

You can use the Email this Page option at the bottom of the page concerned and copy and paste the link there into your message.  Or, the way I do it is right-click on the page, click on properties and copy and paste the address from there.  :)

Although I don't have feedback from my people yet, I think this would be fun, as long as the ROE could be set up to offset the armour models "lack of historic feel" if you will. I wouldn't mind getting wiped out by an IL-2 or a Hurri 2C, but I wouldn't be happy getting .50ed to death.

Nifty, I am sure that our squad would not mind running in tanks for a frame.  We regularly run vehicle attacks in the MA, and do not feel that the vehicle modeling is that bad.  As long as the enemy air cover is not overwhelming, it would be a nice change of pace.
