Renaming settings folder didnt help. Just thought you would like to know.

negative!!! it does work i didnt close my game when i did it. works liek a charm once again!

 We just released patch 6 so download and install that. You should not have any more issues. Let me know if you do.

 One of the first things to do when you cannot get into the game (or other issues) is open windows explorer and navigate to c:\program files \ htc \ aces high (or the driver letter you installed it on). Find the settings folder and right click on it. Choose rename and rename it to settings one. Then restart the game. It will bring the game with no settings, essentially like starting from scratch.

Ok its resolved with patch six , but what a panic:D
