What, are they pissed over the UC Berkeley comments? Funny thing is we were at Berkeley last Memorial Day for kid's volleyball tournament and in three days of walking around Telegraph Ave. and the campus area I didn't see a single American flag displayed. Not one at any campus buildings, store fronts, nothing. I saw a North Vietnamese flag and several flags I couldn't identify, but not one American flag. It felt weird.

Ed Anger, huh? I used to read Weekly World News faithfully, but now I only buy a copy if Bat Boy is on the cover. Oh, and BTW, present company excepted in my "pinhead" statement Rip and Funked.

I got a kick out of this:

"Remember Henry Fonda in “12 Angry Men”? I was “One Angry Ed” when I got to the jury room. Some of those bleeding hearts wanted to let that drunk off with a warning, but I was pushing for a stiffer sentence. Heck, I think every trial should end in the death penalty! "

And his suggestion for reforming the judicial system:

"We can fix all this legal malarkey if we’d just start running courts like they do on TV. First we limit all trials to one hour, tops! That’s for serious stuff like murders, flag-burning and smoking wacky tobbacky. Everything else gets 10-15 minutes, max — just like on TV. "
