Title: Need help with squadron crest

Innominate ...  ill pots ours.. ive had a prob with this too...

i dont have uber editing programs that i can fill with the 176,176,176 needed for transparent background :(

i did this in MSpaint and saved as 256 color and it changed the pallet and the trans background to what you see ... major bummer.

any ideas?

why do big pics show up but not my squad crest?

BTW,
For people who dont have a good image editor, check out gimp. http://www.gimp.org Yes it does run on windows.

It does just about everything photoshop does, though it does have some quirks and flaws, it IS Free.

Also JB, do you have that in an original bitmap format?  (BTW, you can do the background in MSpaint, just double click a color and set the RGB to 176, 176, 176)

also thats what i did for the 176,176,176...
had it set in the 24bit version but when saved to 256 color like AH needs i lost the color.


also i have a version of adobe photoshop 6.0 (not retail if you know what i mean .. but worried about installing it...)
should i?

JB & Squire, it's a simple fix but IE junked my reply and I'm going to sleep.

If you post your art in full color, I can convert it to the AH format for you easily.
