Title: What's the deal with drones??

Decided to go on a "quick" bomber run this morning, so I took three B17s and headed out.  Used the same procedure I always use (with reasonable success), but this time the drones stay way behind me.  Finally one self destructs, so I slow WAY down, the other drone PASSES me.  Speed back up, he falls back and self destructs.  

Drones were a good idea, but if I'd known you were going to let Rooks fly them I wouldn't have bothered :D

Any chance getting the drone AI tweaked is somewhere near the front of the queue?
