I 've played plenty of games over the years but this has got to be the best and most fun I have ever had. Played AW and Aw ME until they pulled the plug. Played wwiionline for about 6 months until I stopped trying to convince myself I was having fun. Been here for about 2 months and cant understand why I didnt play this before.

I found an old Hardrive with AWMV Sunday.... Fired it up for old times sake.... What a waste of time!!!
 Cartoon like graphics and all!!

 I was also wondering why I had never heard of Aceshigh until a year ago....

Welcome sir, please, take little notice of these jaded experienced types who have stopped pinching themselves whilst playing and now believe that such fun as this should be taken for granted.  

Believe me, I know how you feel, this game is all I ever have been looking for in a flight sim and yet the great thing is it keeps on getting better.  Aces High has a good FM, hell not realistic but it feels right, a relatively [ (:0) ] happy community that's not afraid to speak it's mind (and the big guns do listen), as well as plenty of people who are ready to step up to the line in the sand you've drawn and fight you for it.  Congrats on finding it and by the way.... welcome to a huge learning curve ;)

Actually your assessment is RIGHT ON!!!!  Welcome and remember what Milo said!!  Basically, check your ego in at the door and ignore the twits.  We only have a few, but they are very expressive!!

I have to agree with Sever although I have only been playing AH for less than one week I am having a blast. I used to play AW3 and enjoyed that but since it closed I have had nothing that could keep my interest.
I knew that a lot of guys I played AW with had come to AH so I checked the Hitech website to see who was still playing, I saw lots of names that were very familiar to me so decided to try AH.
I know I will not be knocking you guys down very often but fun is my main aim for now and as I said I'm having a blast.
Thanks for making me feel wellcome in AH and look forward to seeing you guys flying.
