I was just commenting to some squaddies that this is the longest they've ever been quiet around here and I solicited thier thoughts as to why. No one knows. But they've never been so quiet after such a huge release as 1.06. I'm not critisizing them for being quiet. No. no. It is just it's very noticable this time and I guess one could call it "odd".

Let me clarify:
The Bone represents information from HTC.
The Dog represents the 'community', you and I...so, with that being said, Injun, please quit HUMPING MY LEG!
Of course, we all represent certain parts of the dog, for instance, Zigrat would represent a tooth of the dog, Creamo and Towd would represent the anal tissue on the dog, Saw would represent the yapping tongue of the dog, the 13th TAS would represent the toes of the dog, (always in a pack, and running when alt advantage not theirs...) Frankly, I hope they're all relaxing on a beach somewhere. HTC has definitely had a heck of a year and their commitment to their product and the community has been unwavering. The clouds can wait a week or two while the team unwinds, don't y'all think?
All that being said... it's hard to stifle human curiousity. in other words....

Yes, congrats on 1.06!
I would guess they're still wrangling with
some cloud issues, and probably taking a
peek or two at the WBIII beta.
I'm sure they already have some idea of what
they'll serve up next though. In fact, I heard a rumor that 1.07 will go concentrate
on more Navy planes (and hopefully fill out
the Pacific planeset a little more).
So how 'bout it, guys? Care to whet our appetites a bit?

For me, I'd like to see amphibious assualt vehicles launched from CVs to take shoreline bases and get the B29, IL-2.
And that's all I have to say about that.

I would like to see longstanding graphics anomaloies fixed (like B-17 gun turret muzzle flashes and other display/clipping problems). It would also be nice if planes released earlier were updated with skins as realistic as the more recent ones. But of course, the most important thing to me is to simply keep up what they have been doing: expanding the planeset as fast as they can.
