about NOCAL weather.  It never rains here.  I miss a good T-storm now and then.

thats one of the only things I miss about the mid-west since moving back to the west coast.

here the mountains take all the lightning and I rarely see it.

back in KC I'd lay out in the summer rain and watch the light show.  I love it when the thunder is so loud and close you could feel it in your bones.

nothing like a good 'power of God' light show to relax ya.

In this area, when we do get the "once-a-year" lightning storm, residents call 9/11 thinking we;re under attack.:rolleyes:

I miss the midwest T-Storms building up all afternoon and rolling in prior to dusk...something about electricity in the air that gets the adrenline vibes going...

Lightning capital of the world, baby.

Our professional hockey team name? The Lightning.
Our Arena football team name? The Storm.
The name for our baseball stadium? The Thunderdome (before Tropicana Inc. bought the naming rights).

Well for me its prolly a good thing it does not rain much in the bay area,  since I have discovered the Wipers on my GTO do not work lol....

I am not looking forward to pulling the dash to change the switch.

LOL DAMN old cars.... you gota love them.

we have more than our share of lightning storms.

too bad it's so dry that they cause major forest fires though.

Pray for SNOW !
