For all you would be Supply Interdictors, I have been meaning to share this tidbit I picked up a few weeks ago.

To kill a train without too much fear of train ack... drop bombs on tracks in front of locomotive.  Train will wreck.

To kill a complete convoy... destroy first truck.  The rest of the convoy will crash into him.

I'd like to give credit to the well known Knit I picked these tips up from... but I'm drawing a blank on his handle.  I'll edit if I remember.

this might work with planes, but i've shot up many truck convoys with m-16s and i never saw that phenomanae.
