After uninstalling Nvidia drivers, and using the nuke tool, the installing 40.41, I get the following error message each time I boot:
Error loading NvOTwk, specific module not found.
It does not seem to be effecting anything, I have noticed great improvements with the lastest drivers, but it is terribly annoying ;)
Thanks!

Looks like a utility or a tweak program you had installed is looking to start on boot. Fire up msconfig and see if you can clean out the entry that is trying to start this thing.

as Lep said, You just need to remove nvqtwk from the windows startup list. You could run
msconfig and remove it from the startup list.
