could be nothing though.  Philips blew up in the late 80's.  BUT there was 300 lbs of explosives stolen near austin 3 days ago....

Udie,  recalling from memory, news on radio this morning on 102.3 said, 25 year old guy was caught that had stolen the ammoninum nitrate, but it was only 30 pounds (1 stick) not 300 pounds as reported.   His reason for taking it?  He wanted to see what happened when he blew it up.
This discrepancy between the 30 and 300 pounds as been attributed to an accounting problem.
