I just spent two hours+ in the TA helping a guy who saw the TV ad and downloaded the game.

Everybody, be nice and be tolerant.  Many of the people who see the ad and try the game may not be gamers and this may be very new to them.

The guy I was helping seemed pretty on the ball about online games, but some will not be.

Yup...see my Aces High Ad Follow up thread and the need to have a web-site for the real beginners.  That amount of time for someone who is switched on tells the story...to keep the guys who are not there needs to be some special attention given.  

This guy is lucky to have found you Karnak...2 hours + is alot of time.  Wtg.
