Here's a couple pictures I took back in April 1997. It's the Hale-Bopp Comet, you know, the one with the UFO in its tail.;)
One of these pics is at Dauphin Island, Alabama near an oil rig.
The other is in the woods at a hunting stand about 15 miles from the Mississippi line, near Meridian, Miss.
Both pics taken about 10:00 PM with Kodak Gold 1200 speed film, 30 second exposures.
Any of you guys like to photograph comets? Send in your pics.

Night pictures are cool. I know there are some darn good photographers in here...the lightning scenes come to mind. Was just wondering if they have done other scenes at night using SLR cameras. City scenes are interesting too, especially after a rain, with the reflections and all.
