When my grandmother passed away a couple years ago, my mom found some old photo albums that belonged to my grandpa (he died when I was very young). Anywho, gramps was an armorer in the Navy in the South Pacific during the war and at some point was on Bougainville. Here's some old pics I found in one of the albums.
