funny you should mention 'Squishy concrete' saw on TV where they have a soft concrete they use in the run off areas at ends of runways to stop airplanes that can't stop , it breaks up and stops the plane without damage to landing gear, like the gravel pits at race tracks i guess.

Solidity of a concrete floor in that laws provide justice and equal opportunity for all.
