Hiya all:
Well if you are a paying custumer to AcesHigh and are looking for a squad to join. The THUNDERBIRD squad is recruiting.
This is a Knights squad, and will always be a Knights squad, it will not switch to other team like some of the squads in AH have chosen to do.
Now at the present time, the THUNDERBIRDS are a very small squad and do to this, do not as of yet have a squad night.
nor do we set up squad missions. But when I ( squad C.O. ) feel the time is right, I will set up a squad night and the squad will fly in squad missions and such. the squad will on squad nights fly the same aircraft or what ever aircraft is needed for any mission. Now the missions will be set up by myself or by what ever pilots is autherized to set up missions.
Now when we are flying on off squad nights, I would still like all members to fly together so as to get to know how each other flies, and so on.
Well that is enugh for now, if you are interested in joining the THUNDERBIRDS, please e-mail me at
wolf37@mail.com
I will then get back to you.
Thanks for your time.

Another squad called Thunderbirds? Oh-Geezus:eek:
-
Fulz,
I was once a member of the ACES HIGH squad the Thunderbirds around 2 years ago. They are a good bunch of guys I belive the squad was formed around early 2000. Perhaps you may be thinking of another game but from what I can recall they are the only squad in ACES HIGH with the name Thunderbirds.
-
Well i started in AH MA over 2 1/2 years ago,and i saw 2-3 diff. squads calling themselves Thunderbirds. The same can also be said the of "The flying tigers". ive seen this squad name used several times as well.
-
Hmm,
I thought that you could not have 2 squads with the same name,
I am incorrect then. Perhaps what it is a mispelling adding or deleting characters in the name ie' Tbirds, Thunderbirds, thethunderbirds, etc.
In my opinion naming squads redundent is in poor taste. In the cases like that where if a new squad starts up it would be nice to communicate with the one who has seniority to discuss collaboaration with the said squad or perhaps a splinter group.
Example: (and these are hypothetical)
61st squadron of 81st FG
62nd squadron of 81st FG, etc.
Just a suggestion Im silly like that using common sense

FulzGold:
My squad has was formed here in AH in Oct of 1999, the first week that AH was online. I have never seen any other squad in AH called the Thunderbirds.
