Cute, very cute.

Almost three months old; my brother took this one into his home.

LOL...just looking at those claws ikillya...he needs those extended for the hardwood floors.

Of course you are gonna have to replace those floors in a year or two!

Really cute man.

Same for yours Toad.  BTW...do you have any chocolate brown lab pups, or know where to get one?  I have always had Shepards, but with two little kids my next dog will be a lab.

Brazillian Mastiff.  Great dogs to have.   They are a rare breed in the USA, but they are the national dog of Brazil.  Thought of very highly there and for good reason.

Toad,

That is one gorgeous dog!  When I get myself back into a house, I'm getting me one of them.  I miss the one I used to have.  :(

Curval, we're breeding this Black female of ours to a nice Chocolate.

She carries the Chocolate gene so we should get some chocolate pups.

This dog is an earlier breeding of the same two dogs that we used for the 3 month pup above, so same genetics.

She's late coming into heat right now but when she does, it'll be to Brently. Brently is a Show Champion as well as titled Master Hunter. Brains and Beauty and a good size as well. He's not overly large.

Sweeeet.

What do you charge for these dogs..or dare I ask?  I would not be showing it...purely for a pet.

I'm very interested!  Seriously.  If you get a chocolate brown out of that litter I want it!

Wow!

(Braz turns to view his manx mutt cat, who looks up as if to say, Avert thy eyes mortal!)

Sigh. 180 lbs of worship sounds pretty good. Were these BM hunters? Great lookin' dogs, killas.

EDIT: She's 1/2 Black Lab and 1/2 Golden Retriever. Bailed her out of jail (the dog pound) almost 13 years ago. I love that dog!

yeah braz , they were bred to track and take down jaguar and wild boar.  They are absolutely fearless, and will gladly give their life for their owners. We live in an area where there are mountain lions and we got ours to watch our kids while they play.  They are very loyal and loving.   Best dogs  to have IMHO

If and when you have pups, gimme a shout? I might be interested in picking one up - you willing to just ship it in the mail? ;)

These pups will probably be priced at the stud fee for Brently, which is currently $1000 USD.

They are not cheap.

However, we don't feel they are expensive, either, considering that a Lab should live 10 really "good" years and perhaps a few more as well. That's about $8-9 a month for a great "best friend".

Right now, the black female is in training to go as far as she can go in UKC Hunt Tests. The man training her owns and trained his male Lab to a Grand Hunting Retriever Champion title. This is the highest possible hunt test title offered in the UKC.

He's had our black female for about 3 weeks... and he wants to buy her. We've taken that as a pretty strong endorsement. (he's not getting her  :)

So we feel confident that we're breeding good hunting and good looking dogs.

I'll post in the O-Club when we have litters. We generally have a litter a year from one of the three females.

Thanks for your interest!
