My stats show that I have been killed one time by a chute.

How in the hell did this happen? And when?

Its similar to the way a C47 gets a kill.  At some point you crashed or exploded near a chute and nobody else was eligible to be credited for the kill.  The chutist is awarded the kill.. though nothing shows in the system buffer.

What's even more funny is when friendly pilots get a kill message on you (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif) Happened to me when I was landing La-7 with half a wing on friendly base. I exploded and he got the kill award.
