Am I reading this right....

Does this mean player developed skins for the CT and SEA?

Yes.  The new skins effect all planes of the same type.  

For instance, if you replace the current P51D skin in a new terrain design, with a different skin, then all P51D's, in that terrain/arena, get the same skin.

It is tied to the terrain, so you have to design a terrain with new skins.

Is there a way to say KNIGHTS have one skin and Bishops have a DIFFERENT Skin ?

This would work GREAT for the times that BOTHS sides share a plane but are flying for different Countries in that time period.

lol bendover good idea put dweeb all over the sissyfire flakpanzy (ostwind) and mega dweeb16 (m16)


ill just stick to spraypainting FIGHTER HANGER and BOMBER HANGER on the respective hangers.
