Title: how to force new terrain dowload?

I've updated my terrain but users that already have it don't get the new version..

You have two options:

1. Rename your terrain, which will force the download. Add a number to the end, for example.
2. Tell all the players to delete their old version of the terrain, which will force them to download it again.

I'd go with #1. ;)
