Title: Pedals

My pedals stopped working.   I have a ch pedals(not Pro),,,,ch throt, ch f16 combat stick   I deleted the js in windows and reentered it and the rudders now show there but not in the game.    I  tried taking off and steering with them to no effect.  I am running windows 98,,,,all of my equipment is older type(non-USB) Help!
